Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyClawBots (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

MyClawBots provides cloud-hosted AI agent spaces for your projects. Each agent space is an isolated environment running AI-powered suites (Product, Dev, Ops) that you can interact with through a web dashboard.

The Service includes project provisioning, runtime management, integration configuration, and chat functionality with your AI agents.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to generate, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

You may not use the Service to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

You are responsible for any API keys, tokens, or credentials you provide to the Service for third-party integrations. You must ensure you have the right to use these credentials and that their use complies with the respective provider's terms.

We encrypt and securely store your integration credentials. However, you remain responsible for rotating or revoking keys if they are compromised.

MyClawBots allows you to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to enable AI-assisted social media management. By connecting these accounts, you authorize MyClawBots to publish, read, and manage content on those accounts as instructed by you through the AI agent interface.

You represent and warrant that you have the authority to manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect, and that your use of these integrations complies with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Platform Policies.

You are solely responsible for all content published through MyClawBots to your social media accounts, including text, images, and scheduled posts. Your AI agent will always show a preview and request your explicit confirmation before publishing any content.

You may revoke MyClawBots' access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts at any time by disconnecting them in the dashboard Settings or by removing the app from Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Upon revocation, all stored tokens associated with your social media accounts will be immediately deactivated.

MyClawBots does not guarantee the availability or continued operation of any third-party social media platform. Changes to Meta's APIs, terms, or policies may affect the availability of social media features.

You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and configurations you create through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We do not use your project data, conversations, or prompts to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content published to third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram) through the Service is subject to that platform's terms and content policies.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

Certain features of the Service are available under paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyClawBots and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from content published to third-party platforms through the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removal, or policy violations on those platforms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyClawBots, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

This includes any claims arising from content you publish through the Service to third-party platforms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including any stored social media tokens.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyClawBots operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
